We are excited to announce that Kicki Nordlander has joined our Edelweiss Farm Team as Trainer and Rehab Specialist/PEMF expert!

Born and raised in Sweden on a horse farm, Kicki has been riding her entire life. Her brother, Peter Nordlander, international GP dressage rider, has been Kicki’s main influence and mentor, along with acclaimed Swedish horseman, dressage, jumper, and breeder Tommy Erickson and other European masters. Kicki trained in the classical European style and attained her Swedish competition and training licenses and certificates. She has vast experience backing and training young horses and competing all the way through PSG dressage and 1.40 jumpers, as well as many years of training and competing eventing through Prelim level.

Kicki left Sweden in 2005 to embark on several international adventures, including barn management and trainer positions in Mexico and Dubai, where she competed clients’ horses up to PSG. She moved to the US in 2010, starting out in New Jersey at a stud farm backing young stallions for several months, then settling in the Southern Pines area for several years near her brother, Peter, where she managed several barns and built up her own training and lesson program, training horses and riders up to FEI levels, marketing sales horses, and competing. Kicki also has an extensive record of successfully rehabbing “broken” horses, through correct riding, PEMF, and laser therapy.
